Tribal Nia Dance

SOUL is a Native American inspired Nia Dance routine that awakens the warrior within. Set to drums, flutes, shakers, tribal sounds and heart pounding beats, SOUL will seduce you with simple moves, it’ll ignite your spirit with energetic primal dancing and it’ll ground you ending with calming and relaxation techniques.

We will commence our event with a community circle right at 6pm to honor our ancestors and to create the space for ourselves and our dance.

You are highly encouraged to dress in tribal theme as you celebrate, accentuate and channel your inner warrior. All ability levels welcome | no previous Nia® or dance experience necessary.

Please arrive 10-15 mins before to get situated and be ready to start at 6pm. In addition, we recommend that you bring:

-yoga mat (optional)
-towel
-comfortable clothing (class is taken barefoot)
-water bottle
