Mission San Luis is a National Historic Landmark. Mission San Luis seeks a versatile self-starter with diverse skills for an accounting/administrative position. The position will assist the Accounting Manager and report directly to the Executive Director. Tasks include:
• Museum Special Projects
• Membership Management
• Budget, A/P and A/R, Purchasing
• Board of Directors related activities
• Special events
Candidates should have general knowledge of accounting principles, working knowledge of Quick Books, and Microsoft Office Suite with competency in Excel. The candidate must also have the ability to work closely with peers in a variety of tasks. This is a full time Other Personnel Services position.
