Part Time Job - Box Office Assistant
Job - DEADLINE :
Part Time position working in the Theatre Tallahassee Box Office. Hours will be every show day, for 1.5 hours leading up to the performance time. Shows are at 8 PM during the week and Saturdays, and at 2 PM on Sundays. See this year's show schedule here: http://theatretallahassee.org/calendar/
The Box Office Assistant will be responsible for pre-show tickets sales and exchanges, answering phone calls, returning messages from voice mail, running a sales report and light clerical work. Candidate must be exceptionally customer oriented, have a professional attitude and be able to clearly and effectively communicate with all of our patrons. Must able to problem solve, and resolve issues with ticketing quickly. Knowledge of theater and productions is preferred but not necessary.
