You are not alone in the journey to lead your organization!  The Executive Director Round Table offers an exclusive opportunity for nonprofit Executive Directors, Presidents/CEO to have an open dialogue about the triumphs and challenges of leading a nonprofit organization.  Each round table topic will be facilitated by a nonprofit executive or leader that will encourage conversation from all participants and manage the topic within the allotted time.  As a result of attending the round table, participants should leave encouraged, inspired and connected to their peers that will forge further dialogue and potential collaborations.

Discussion Facilitator: Kim Ross, Executive Director and Founder of ReThink Energy Florida

Kim Ross is the Executive Director and founder of ReThink Energy Florida, a non-profit dedicated to engaging, educating, and empowering citizens to take action and achieve energy independence in a healthier, more sustainable environment. Through ReThink, Kim has led coalitions in working toward 100% renewable goals at the city and county levels. Additionally, she developed the youth and adult energy and environment educational programs. Recently, ReThink was recognized by the Big Bend /Leon Association for Science Teaching for Service to Science Education. Finally, ReThink has been successfully raising awareness about Climate Change, including holding 17 Tidal Town Halls across the state in 2018 and being a leader in the Florida Climate Voices coalition

As an owner/member of EarthSTEPS, an environmental consulting firm, Kim also worked as a Project Manager on energy efficiency and Demand-Side Management projects. Kim was recognized as one of Tallahassee’s ’25 Women to Know’ in 2014.
