Designing for Behavior Change with Karen Ong

AIGA Tallahassee presents a talk with Karen Ong on how to use the power of graphic design to change people’s behavior.

How do you use the power of graphic design to change people’s behavior? The role of a designer is often underplayed –– we are seen as “artsy” or the people who “make it pretty”. Join us for a talk about how to leverage the power of the visual, to not just make it pretty, but tap into powerful behavioral determinants that change people’s behavior. Our talk will be led by Karen Ong, the leader behind SalterMitchell / Marketing for Change’s creative team. She will walk us through key lessons of behavioral psychology and the “Fun. Easy. Popular.” methodology –– showing us how designers can (and should) apply behavior change strategies to our work in every field.

Tickets are available for both members and non-members!
