Call for instrumentalists: Capital City Band of TCC

Capable wind, brass, and percussion players are invited to come and play with Capital City Band! We rehearse on Mondays from 7 - 9 PM at Tallahassee Community College, Communications and Humanities Building, Room CH165, 444 Appleyard Drive. The spring semester begins Monday, January 13th. Contact TCC Director of Bands, Lisa M. Foltz at FoltzL@tcc.fl.edu for more information. Members must be able to read music, and must be committed to attending rehearsals and to playing in concerts.

Spring-semester concerts are Saturday, March 28th, 9:30 AM, at Springtime Tallahassee; Monday, April 20th at 7 PM in TCC's Turner Auditorium; and Saturday, May 2nd at TCC's graduation. Summer concerts are TBA.

If you were in a high school and/or college group and have missed the joy of playing your instrument, give our non-auditioned group a try. We welcome community members, including TCC/FSU/FAMU college students, to join the band.
