Randall Bramblett, one of the finest journeymen musicians around, comes to the juke at the dead end of Moses Lane to celebrate the release of his new cd “Juke Joint at the Edge of the World”!
Randall is talented (plays multiple instruments) and surrounds himself with stellar players that keep the show as tight as a chorus line. Randall is a renowned singer, prolific songwriter, sax player, guitarist and keyboardist who has played, toured and recorded with a diverse who’s who of American musicians over the years.
His music crosses generations and genres, is not easily pigeon-holed but includes southern soul, rock, jazz and a healthy dose of Americana. His soulful gritty vocals are complemented by potent tenor and soprano sax and stints on the keys (organ and piano) and guitar.
He may be best known for his play with Greg Allman, The Allman Brothers Band, Steve Winwood, Traffic, Cowboy, Sea Level, Elvin Bishop, Levon Helm and Widespread Panic. He is well regarded by his peers:
