The Artist Series of Tallahassee presents Amy Schwartz Moretti, violin & Elizabeth Pridgen, piano

Former concertmaster of the Oregon Symphony and the Florida Orchestra, Amy Schwartz Moretti is a first prize winner of the D’Angelo International Young Artist Competition as well as the Irving M. Klein International String Competition. Noted as a soloist, chamber musician and teacher, she currently holds the Caroline Paul Chair at Mercer University and serves as the Director of the McDuffie Center for Strings.

Distinguishing herself as a soloist and chamber musician, Elizabeth Pridgen’s recent performances include Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall and Atlanta’s Spivey Hall. She holds the G. Leslie Fabian Chair at Mercer University where she serves as Distinguished Artist and Piano Chair of the McDuffie Center for Strings.
