Taylor Mac is an award winning performance artist who is bringing his 24-Decade History of Popular Music on the road. The abridged version of the show will be curated specifically for the Tallahassee community.

A 24-Decade History of Popular Music is Mac’s subjective history of America since 
its founding in 1776. The project chronicles the ways in which communities build themselves because they are being torn apart. Years in development, the piece was originally performed as a one-time 24-hour event and was recognized on The New

PARKING INFO

Meters in the parking garage adjacent to the Fine Arts Building are on the very lowest level of the garage near the Macomb Street entrance. After 4:30 M-F, and all day on weekends, the garage is open to University visitors and guests.
