Learn about Brazilian culture, get a great workout, and have fun all at the same time with Samba!
This summer, Hip & Heart Movement Studio is offering 3 all-new Samba sessions, perfect for beginners and experienced dancers alike. Each session has a specific focus so dancers can improve with every session they take. Students will also receive practice videos every week.
In Session II, Sexy Samba Hips, Omega will show you how to bump, swivel, shimmy, and shake - Brazilian style!
Session II runs July 1st through July 22nd, meeting on Sundays from 3:30-4:30pm.
