Slave Narratives: Memoirs of Captivity

Presented by Midtown Arts and Entertainment at The Midtown Studio, Tallahassee FL

Feb 19 - 21 2016
Slave Narratives: Memoirs of Captivity

During the Great Depression, The Works Progress Administration published the interviews of the last generation to experience slavery. Hear the words of our forefathers speak candidly of a period in American History that many refuse to acknowlege openly. See life through our ancestors eyes. Feel their joy and pain. Allow your spirits to connect with our ancestors. You won't be the same.
