Silk Painting Workshop

My process for silk painting is very loose and free flowing. Each student is given instructions on various techniques for planning resist patterns using fabric folding, paper clips, clothes pins, pill bottles, salt, rubber bands and cords. We’ll be using an extensive palette of heat set dyes on our 11″ x 60″ silk scarf. The results are always amazing and delightful, a great class for beginners. Age: teen through adult.
