Fall is upon us once again, which means it’s time for another Pen to Plate dinner party Chef John Gregory of Empire Bagel & Delicatessen will be selecting courses from Milk Street Tuesday Nights, a collection of 200 recipes that deliver bold flavor.
This is a formal, 5-course dinner, served by The Bookshelf staff, comprised of recipes from the cookbook Milk Street Tuesday Nights and cooked by Chef John Gregory of Empire Bagel and Delicatessen.
The dinner is $75 for an individual ticket and $135 for a couple ticket, both of which will be sold to adults only. Tickets can be bought either in the store or on The Bookshelf’s website and will each include one copy of Milk Street Tuesday Nights.
