Mindfulness Off the Cushion

Escape the daily grind and connect with nature’s rhythms at our unique Tallahassee farm retreat. Combine homesteading skills, mindfulness practices, weaving, and expert guidance for a weekend of relaxation and personal growth.

You’ll connect with the land with a native plants walk with a local forester, see the gardens, and meet the farm animals. You’ll learn and apply energy healing techniques, explore nourishing and detoxifying foods, and practice mindfulness through movement – all in a beautiful farm setting.

As part of the weekend, you’ll receive a small frame loom and weaving instruction to use as a practice of entering into handmind – slowing your thinking by making with your hands.
