"Maggie Never Bitter," a new original musical staged reading by local Tallahassean Taj Shotwell, is a modern story about love, betrayal, and faith. Maggie, a young teacher, returns home to face the unexpected bitterness of life. Will she follow her father’s advice to be “Never Bitter”? It will be presented on June 4th at the Ronald O Davis Acting studio, Tucker Hall, on the campus of Florida A&M University. There is a show at 2 pm and another at 7 pm. Tickets are $5. Online sales end Friday 5:00 pm. All remaining tickets are available at The Theatre Box office 1 hour before the two shows. The Acting Studio seats 50 people maximum--"first come first in" at each show. Please arrive early to secure your seat.
