Library Lecture Series

Leon County will host its first Library Lecture Series featuring Dr. Greg Boebinger, Director of the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory.

The lecture is titled “Materials, Energy, and Life: Entertaining Aspects of High Magnetic Research”. Dr. Boebinger will give examples of research being conducted and demonstrate levitation using high-temperature superconductors. Jokes will very likely be told.
