“Fun in the Foxhole: Bringing Home to the Front Lines of War” will be presented by Professor Kara Dixon Vuic as this year’s addition to the Institute on WWII’s annual lecture series.

Join the Institute on World War II and the Human Experience for our annual Spring Lecture by Professor Kara Dixon Vuic of Texas Christian University, who will speak on the contribution of American women to twentieth century warfare. This talk will follow the young, adventurous American women who traveled to warzones to entertain soldiers, boost their morale, and remind them of the stakes of victory.
