Big Bend Community Orchestra Concert with Young Artist Competition Winners

The BBCO presents our second concert of the season on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 3:30 PM. Dr. Shelby Chipman, Conductor. Featuring our 2018-2019 Young Artist Competition first-place winners in three age categories, in concert with the orchestra: Kye Richardson, violin (Vivaldi: Concerto in A minor, RV 356, Mvt. 1); Blake Richardson, violin (Viotti: Concerto No. 22 in A minor, Mvt. 1); Maxwell van Hoeij, violin (Wieniawski: Violin Concerto No. 2, Op. 22, Mvt. I).

Free admission. Children ages 12 and under will be invited to the stage to get a closer look at the instruments during one work. Free reception in the lobby following the concert.
