Beginners Tai Chi

Free Tai Chi for beginners to learn the fundamentals of the movements and stretches.

Tai Chi is a gentle series of slow-focused movements and stretches. In Taoist Tai Chi, there are 108 moves in total. These are taught in a 3 month introductory class. This beginner’s class will demonstrate the first 17 moves of the Tai Chi set along with a discussion about the benefits of Master Moy’s Tai Chi. Then, you’ll have the opportunity to try out these 17 moves for yourself.
