“A Walk-Through History” exhibition showcases African American pioneers renowned for their great service, leadership, and major contributions in the arts and humanities.
Tributes include Mary McLeod Bethune, James Weldon Johnson, Zora Neale Hurston, John Riley and Wally "Famous" Amos. These pioneers from across the State of Florida would overcome unimaginable hurdles and hardships to excel in their chosen discipline. Each of their stories is a testament to their resilience and a source of inspiration for us today.
