Art District Collective
Located at 225 E Pershing Street. Right in the South Monroe ("SOMO") Revitalization District, the Collective is down the street from Railroad Square, Railroad Crossings, and Cascades Park, just one block south of the upcoming "SOMO Walls" project.
The Art District Collective is a "co-working space" for artists and creative entrepreneurs with 15 spaces ranging in size from 100sqft - 500sqft, with rents ranging from $350-$700 per month. We hope to fill this facility with all types of creators who can hopefully inspire each other, collaborate with each other, and work together to both produce, create, and make sales. This facility will remain "private workshops and studios" during the week, while opening up for "market days" for a few hours each weekend in order to generate activity and drive sales. We're hoping for the perfect mix of both creation and commerce.
