Painting in the Shade - Plein Air and Paint Out

Three days of painting in beautiful north Florida countryside and historic communities. The Fourth Annual Painting in the Shade Plein Air Event will take place this year in both Havana and Quincy. Artists will paint in Quincy for the first day May 16, with an Artists Talk, lunch and Gallery Opening that evening in Quincy. Thursday Artists will paint in Havana and the surrounding area, with a a gallery opening that evening and a lunch and Artist Talk/Demonstration. Saturday will be artist paint and a 2 hour Paint Out for those interested in trying their hand at Plein Air. That evening is the Gala Closing Event at Havana Springs Resort with refreshments, music and Awards presentation.

This years highlighted artist is Sherry Whitney and our Judge is Natalia Andreeva.
