The Florida Department of State will be soliciting grant applications for African-American Cultural and Historical resources. The purpose of this grant program is to provide funding for fixed capital outlay projects at facilities in Florida that highlight the contributions, culture, or history of African-Americans.
This funding was made possible by funding allocated from the legislature from the American Rescue Plan. Applications will be available from October 11, 2021, through November 30, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern).

Prospective applicants are highly encouraged to consult the Grants page of the Florida Division of Arts and Culture website to consult program information and guidelines.
