Funding for USA Nonprofits to Support Music Programming Available

D'Addario Foundation Grant

Grants and in-kind donations are available for USA nonprofit organizations to support music programming in schools and communities. New applicants must submit a letter of inquiry prior to applying. Funding is intended for applicants working to improve access to music education. The D’Addario Foundation prefers not to provide funding for the purpose of purchasing equipment or instruments.

The application deadline is April 30th, 2024. LOI's are accepted on a rolling basis.

Grant Eligibility:

Organizations must meet the following criteria:

• 501(c)(3) non-profit status (or international equivalent)
• Offers free or affordable instrument instruction
• Addresses a need in the community it serves
• Provides frequent instruction, where students are participating multiple times per week and for as many years as possible throughout their primary & secondary education
