UPDATED TIME: Auditions for Antony & Cleopatra

Calling all Tallahassee actors! Meet director James Alexander Bond and audition for SSC's 2023 Shakespeare in the Park Festival production of Antony & Cleopatra.

AFTER A POSTPONEMENT DUE TO WEATHER, we invite auditionees to the Southern Shakespeare Company Offices (136 Progress Drive) Saturday & Saturday October 8-9 anytime between 1 and 3 pm. Please park in the parking lot across the street.

Auditions are open to performers of all experience levels. Monologues (not to exceed 90 seconds), resumes, and headshots are accepted and encouraged but not required. Auditions will consist primarily of cold readings from provided scripts (see PDF attached to this listing), and actors should be prepared to outline any major conflicts for March-May 2023.

Rehearsals will begin mid-March; performance dates are May 11-14, 2023 at Cascades Park's Capital City Amphitheatre Stage. Please address any questions (including inquiries about self-tapes) to the SSC Executive Director at bianca [at] southernshakes [dot] org.
