I am a certified Zentangle Teacher (class #39) and have been practicing this art method, developed by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, since 2014. I received certification in September, 2022 and teach monthly classes at Chattahoochee Main Street (CMS). I am a member and volunteer for CMS and currently on their design committee. I recently participated in an event for CMS called ‘In The Artist’s Seat’ and painted a bench with tangle patterns. These benches & chairs were placed in downtown Chattahoochee, as a beautification project for the town. I enjoy teaching this relaxing and meditative method of art.

Briefly describe the class(es) you offer:
I teach group classes to adults & children using the Zentangle method, using a paper tile, graphite pencil, pen, and tortillon, drawing established tangles (patterns) each with easy to follow guidelines. If you can sign your name, you can draw 'tangles' It has been said this method is like 'Yoga for the brain.'
