National Young Arts Competition

YoungArts is now accepting applications from visual, literary and performing artists ages 15–18 or in grades 10–12 through October 16, 2020.

YoungArts winners receive:

• Cash awards 
• Mentorship by accomplished artists 
• A lifetime of creative and professional support
• A peer network of distinguished artists
• Nomination for U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts 
• National recognition

The YoungArts application is now shorter; makes fee waiver requests easy; and features updated audition and portfolio requirements to accommodate young artists working from home or the virtual classroom.
