Have you heard rumors about something called Bacon Jam? What is it? How do you make it? What do you do with it? Unravel the mystery with a workshop where we will make some in our 1880s kitchen on a real word-burning stove. Everyone will take home the recipe and a container of jam, as well as suggestions for using it. You won’t regret it!!!!!
