Spoken Word in the bistro’s delightful back room this evening November 21, at 6:30, with veteran storyteller, Tallahassee native Saundra Gerrell Kelley with a focus on stories of Thanksgiving’s past
319 Wine & Cheese, Tallahassee's European-style bistro, hosts spoken word sessions with veteran Saundra Gerrell Kelley in their Back Room every third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. Kelley has an enormous repertoire of stories ranging from personal narrative to Appalachian folktales and downhome Tallahassee stories but it's not just about her. This week, you are invited to share your own Thanksgiving memories, just no profanity or sexual content.

The atmosphere is casual but we begin telling stories at 6:30 pm. Discussion about our experiences is encouraged and sometimes the storytelling rolls around the table like an incoming tide. You do not have to speak, but why not? Sharing our memories is important.
