An exhibition of art on loan from private collections for public enjoyment, featuring art by leading artists from our region and historically valuable art from the U.S. and Europe.
New York contemporary art gallery owner Nohra Haime said, “Buying art is the same thing as falling in love” and most collectors would agree. Collectors often remember the story of how and why they acquired a piece, and it is often as fascinating as the work itself. Gadsden Arts is honored to open an exhibition that shares 80 works of art on loan from 31 private collections, along with some of the collectors’ stories.
