Mermaid Sugar Scrub Craft Program

Join the Carrabelle Branch Library on July 28th at 2:00pm. In this program you will be making a refreshing body scrub you can take home an pamper yourself in.

This program is free and recommended for ages 8 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. REGISTRATION is required; seating is limited.
