Kirtan Chanting with Jeffji and Friends

Jeffji welcomes Tom Barnum, Adam Gaffney, Fred Thompson, and YOU! for a community sing-a-long of sacred chants and mantras.

You're invited to join Tom Barnum (vocals, guitar, percussion), Fred Thompson (djembe drum & percussion), Adam Gaffney (electric bass and djembe), and Jeffji (vocals, guitar, 12-string mandolin) for an evening of kirtan chanting. This one will be mostly in English. These easy-to-learn chants and mantras can be described as singing meditations. Brief, silent meditations follow each chant to deepen the experience.

Free admission. Donations will be collected for Big Bend Continuum of Care, which provides services to homeless people throughout our area. If you wish to donate by check, please make it payable to Big Bend Continuum of Care. And thank you!

The venue is a yoga studio, so plenty of mats, cushions, and blankets are available. But if you prefer to sit in a chair, there are plenty of those, too.
