Juneteenth Free Tea for Two-- A Southern Tea & Two Films by Black Queer Filmmakers.

This Juneteenth, Mickee Faust invites you to join us for an Afternoon Tea, featuring an array of teas, sweets and savories, and two films by Black Queer Filmmakers.

 Mickee Faust is honored to highlight the work of black artists like E. Patrick Johnson and Chisom Ukoha. E. Patrick's Johnson's film features charming, tea time interviews with the queer Southern men of color he interviewed for his live production of Sweet Tea: Black Gay Men of the South. Chisom Ukoha's film, Been Tired, examines how making leisure more central to Black lives can empower personal and political resistance.
