"Coat of Many Colors" by Beth Allman
The “Coat of Many colors” is designed based on a traditional Appalachian ribbed-style working basket. Instructor is Beth Allman
The basket style that students will be taught features a natural vine rim. Techniques will include cutting and inserting ribs, learning basic weaving strokes, overlapping reed and filling in spaces.
The finished basket measures 10” – 12” across, 3”-4” tall.
The class is suitable for all skill levels.
