Armed with the strength of his convictions, Paul Robeson fought for global social justice by sacrificing himself, his career, his wealth, and the comforts he once enjoyed. In this nostalgic look at his life, the singer, actor, athlete, and activist re-lives his fight against injustices and criticisms for his political ideologies. The work highlights the musical talent of one of Tallahassee’s beloved vocalist, Fred D. Lee, Jr.
