Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting in a chair or standing on the ground using the chair for support. In this 50-minute class, traditional focused breathing techniques and meditation are practiced with modified yoga movements and sequences helping to reduce stress, increase range of motion, and develop strength and flexibility.
