Are you ready to join the revolution?? Making Light will stage "Rise Up: An American Showcase" on May 18, 2019, at Tallahassee Community College's Turner Auditorium at 7 PM. Featuring the talents of our inclusive casts of Making Light Mainstage, Making Light Players, Jazz/Tap/Hip-Hop and Making Light Singers classes, "Rise Up" will include a showcase of song and dance numbers from musical theatre and popular genres -- from the founding of our country through the songs of the Vietnam War, the Cold War and beyond. Where else can you see modern musical theatre and 70's and 80's pop music in the same show!? Doors open at 6:30.
