We are the arts center in the center of Historic Downtown Panama City.

We host concerts, open mic nights, films, receptions, bazaars, classes, lectures, and other events.

We have three galleries, two smaller ones on the first floor, and a larger, main gallery upstairs. We also have a large classroom upstairs. All can be rented out for meetings and events—both large and small.

MORE ABOUT US:

Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love and appreciation for arts. How do we do it?

Through awesome, free exhibitions (it’s always free to visit), super cool classes, and crazy fun events. Visit us soon and visit us often because new things are always happening and we don’t want you to miss the excitement!

P.S. We also have a library full of art books, a cafe area with self-serve drinks, and a gift shop filled with cool art, jewelry, accessories, books, and music by local artists.

AND NOW FOR A MORE FORMAL DESCRIPTION:

The Panama City Center for the Arts is housed in Panama City’s original 1925 City Hall building, which is managed by Bay Arts Alliance. In the Center for the Arts, Bay Arts Alliance provides visitors and the local community with creative enrichment through monthly art shows and exhibitions, films, concerts, educational art classes for all ages, and special focus classes for Bay County school trips. The facility and grounds are under the ownership of the City of Panama City.
