WAVE is a local 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Big Bend Region since 2002 with our office is located in Tallahassee, Florida. Our mission is to provide holistic programs to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enhance their quality of life and independence.
