How does one navigate personal challenges when the rainbow in our lives dissipates? Cassie Tucker ponders this question and more in her quiet watercolor paintings that explore the "other side". The artist’s goal is to venture both in reality and internally to provoke questions, inspire reflection, and initiate renewal. Originally from New York, Tucker studied graphic design, until the pull of painting resulted in a studio art degree, followed by a masters in Art Education from FSU. Tucker currently lives in Wakulla, and teaches high school drawing, painting, and art history.
