Big Al Lauro hails from 'Nawlins and serves up a heapin' of Zydeco, blues and rock that'll keep ya' goin' till the sun comes up. Big Al calls it “gumbo music" that's "a little bit of blues, a little bit of zydeco, a little bit of jazz, and rock 'n roll, all cooked together in a nice gumbo...” They are a high energy music machine designed for partyin'!
Chef Al (he's appeared on "Emeril Live" on the Food Network) has some mighty hot sous-chefs stirring the pot including Wayne Lohr on piano and vocals; and Marcell Anton on guitar, vocals and percussion; and Mark Parsons on bass and vocals.
