In commemoration of the Florida East Coast Railway’s April 1896 arrival in Miami, the April Second Saturday Program will examine Henry Flagler and his ambitious plan to bring tourism and opportunity to the state. Join us to learn how the engineering marvel of the Florida East Coast Railway connected Miami and South Florida to the rest of the nation and changed the small frontier town into a major Florida city.
