The Bookshelf is proud to be annual partners with Tallahassee’s Word of [South] festival, which provides our community with a unique blend of writers and musicians and an exploration of the relationship between the two disciplines. The festival features authors who write about music, musicians who also are authors, authors and musicians appearing together, and everything in between. Join us at Cascades Park for this year’s festival. The Bookshelf will have a booth set up at the park selling bookish goodies and titles from our favorite authors. This community event is free and open to the public, but you do have to register for the event here. Festival organizers are abiding by a variety of COVID regulations to ensure everyone’s safety; more information is available on the Word of South website.
