Give it a Whirl- Nature Inspired Mandalas with Leslie Cohen

 A mandala is a pattern in the form of a circle divided into four separate sections. Mandalas focus your attention and allow you to express your creative side. This deep engagement in designing and coloring is a great stress reliever.

Take a nature walk to find interesting items for your nature inspired mandala. Collect natural beauties in sets of four before the first class. During class, you will use these items to design your personal mandala and then recreate your mandala in a drawing colored with the medium of your choice. Seek Natural Beauties, Seek Serenity.
