Hands-On Heritage Holiday Workshop & Craft Kits

Presented by Thomasville History Center at Lapham-Patterson House

Calling all crafters! Join us as we make a little holiday cheer at the Lapham-Patterson House for a special edition of our Hands-On Heritage Workshop series. Experienced crafter Leslie Johnson will guide us through the steps to turn a few simple materials into a unique ornament on Saturday, December 5 from 10am until 12pm.  All materials will be provided. Each participant will leave with printed instructions so that they can replicate the craft at home.

The Hands-On Holiday Workshop ornament activity will also be offered as a take-home kit for those who cannot attend in person for the same price. Complete step-by-step written instructions and an instructional video will be provided. Be sure to select the correct option at registration! Kits will be available for pickup beginning Monday, December 7.

The fees are $15 for the in-person workshop and take home kit. Space for this workshop is limited so participants are required to register in advance Please arrive at the Lapham-Patterson House by 9:50am so that we may begin promptly at 10am. Masks will be required for all participants and we will have all materials prepared in individual kits in advance to prevent shared materials. Social distancing will be maintained to the best of our abilities and the workshop may be outside if the weather is nice. Participants may bring their own chair cushions for comfort.

To register, please visit www.thomasvillehistory.org. Questions, contact the Thomasville History Center at 229-226-7664 or history@rose.net.

If it is deemed unsafe for us to gather in person, all registrations will become kit reservations.
