It's 1998 and over the course of one night at an Arkansas hospital, a junkie nurse, her scheming cousin and a group of black market organ-trading criminals get caught up in a heist gone wrong. Mandy (Angela Bettis), in a desperate attempt for some extra money, tries to sell a kidney on the black market, but putting her trust into her cousin Regina (Chole Farnworth) turns the heist into a downward spiral of murder and betrayal. This thriller and dark comedy examines an addict and all those twisted characters interlaced in black market organ trafficking; a perfect watch for Halloween!
