Bills and Change

Presented by Foster-Tanner Fine Arts Gallery at Online/Virtual Space

The Florida A&M University Foster Tanner Fine Arts Gallery is pleased to present Bills and Change 2020, a virtual exhibition from October 9 to October 30, 2020.
In 2012, the Foster-Tanner Fine Arts Gallery presented a student exhibition titled "Bills and Change" during the 2012 presidential election year (Obama/Romney) to raise awareness about voting, knowing who and what you are voting for, and how art is a significant tool to inform the public about politics.
Eight years later, in this pivotal political moment, we are revisiting the 2012 "Bills and Change" exhibition concept. This exhibition will feature works of art addressing the 2020 election season and the unprecedented events surrounding it.  FAMU students were asked to submit works of art reflecting their perspectives on this election year. Works will be presented from October 9 until October 30 on all of our social media platforms.
The Foster-Tanner Fine Arts Gallery is closed due to Covid-19 precautions and mandates until further notice. In the meantime, we will present all exhibition-related content on our various social media platforms. Join us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for viewing artwork and other features.
