Faces of Hope

Presented by KM Clark Photography at Panama City Center for the Arts

1 in 4 people will experience a mental illness.  Faces of Hope seeks to elevate mental illness through art.  Visual art in the form of portraits, so one can see that people from all walks of life are affected.  A viewer may even see themselves reflected back.  Art in the form of narrative.  Recovery stories demonstrating that one can live well with a mental illness.  It is my hope that by viewing both art forms the viewer will empathize and relate and maybe even be inspired.  Thus, stigma is reduced.
