Tonight's Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony has been canceled

Due to the Governor's order to cancel all large crowd gatherings, LeMoyne Arts has canceled the 33rd Annual Mahaska Whitley Student Exhibition Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony.

The exhibition will be on view through April 19th. Visitors are welcome to come and enjoy the exhibition during regular gallery hours.

LeMoyne Arts is honored to present the 33rd annual Mahaska Whitley Student Exhibition: High School Art & Senior Portfolio Competition. This art show is open to all high school students in Leon County. It supports and encourages young artists by recognizing their efforts and awarding scholarships for college and art supplies to competition winners. For most students, this is their first opportunity to display their work in an art gallery, and some will continue to study art and pursue professional careers as artists. Founded in 1987, the reputation and legacy of the Mahaska Whitley Student Exhibition is unmatched in our community.
