Soft Sculpture with Linda Hall
Thursdays, Feb.6 – March12, 6:00pm-8:30pm (6 weeks)
In this course you will repurpose remnants and textiles you may already own. We will explore a variety of methods of hand sewing to make sculptures such as dolls and organic or abstract forms. These forms can be adorned in a variety of ways using needle-work and applique and embellished with materials like costume jewelry and lace. $60 (50+), $72 (others 18-49)

Linda Hall holds an MFA from the University of North Carolina and has taught studio art at Florida State University, where she specializes in courses on art and ecology. Her mixed-media two- and three-dimensional works have been shown in many regional and national venues, and over the years she has participated in numerous public art projects as well. http://www.lindahallart.com/
